About the role

Due to growth, Gulidford Audi are now looking to recruit a Finance Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team. You will provide full administrative support throughout the Finance and Insurance sales process to both the customer and management and ensure the relevant paperwork has been completed to standard and appropriately filed. You will communicate with the relevant Business Managers and Sales Executives on any special conditions or decisions made on customer applications for finance and insurance by the relevant company and maintain accurate records of customer identification and invoices as part of the overall F&I process.

You will operate within company policy and legal guidelines at all times.

About You

You will have previous administrative experience ideally gained from an insurance sales and/or finance company and any experience gained within the automotive industry would be advantageous. You will have a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy and have strong communication skills. You will be able to work independently and as a part of a team and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Please note you will be working 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
