Finance Project Coordinator,

Role Purpose

Provide administration and analytical support to the IT Finance function by ensuring all Process and Projects spend are tracked and aligned to Kerridge Projects Under Construction annual pot of c.£10m and to provide an audit trail and other essential reports as required.

Recharge of all intangible project and hardware and equipment to the dealerships and respond to queries.

Role Accountabilities

Day-to-day processing of purchase order requests for projects and hardware

Provide cover for the IT Assistant Accountant for approval of IT budget PO approvals

Process and resolution of supplier invoices and queries

Analysis of periodic spend

Support vendor managers and budget holders by maintaining financials

Recharge of hardware and IT associated costs to dealerships

Ensuring continuous improvement of process and records and ad-hoc duties as required

BT Lease hardware inventory allocation to projects and recharge to sites

Work with all teams to ensure Change and Finance activity is coordinated

Assisting in the group recharge technology cost transparency to the sites

So what do we need from you?

Experience in a role where it was necessary to be able to prioritise a range of different tasks, managing own time while working to deadlines.

Able to use a variety of Microsoft office packages (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Organisational and administration skills

Problem solving and analytical skills

Exceptional communicator - verbal and written

Coordination ability

Decision maker

Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with members of other IT teams

Self-motivated ability to initiate and complete tasks to deadlines

Able to multi-task and to meet deadlines

A team player who is organised and fantastic time management

Excellent attention to detail
