Our Client, an innovative natural health company are looking for an Interim Finance Manager to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is for a period of 5 months and will report into the Chief Executive.

The Finance Manager will solely manage the finance function, ensuring effective control of the profitability and liquidity of the company.As Finance Manager the main duties of the role will include:

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts for discussion and review at the Board meeting.
  • Cash Management.
  • Weekly and monthly sales, stock and margin reporting.
  • Monthly and Quarterly HMRC returns.
  • Overseeing the purchase ledger and sales ledger function.
  • Management of one Finance Assistant.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Preparation of Year End accounts, working closely with the external accountants.

You will have worked previously in a similar role and Sage 200 experience would be ideal. You will have strong attention to detail and have the ability to work well within a team.

A financial qualification is also essential.
