Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to work at their main office in Sale.

You will ideally have 1 to 2 years experience working within an accounts team, and will be responsible for:
Client Credits Received
Client Payments out
Client and office banking
Inputting Land Registry
Inputting Ledger invoices
Post Distribution and Collection
Liaising with suppliers
Liaising with principal lawyers, fee earners and secretaries on a regular basis
You will have:
A confident telephone manner
Ability to understand ledgers
The ability to work in a team and individually
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Competent use of Microsoft packages especially Excel
Although not essential, experience of working within a legal environment or law firm may be an advantage.
