Our client delivers estate services; including gas servicing, grounds maintenance, cleaning, repairs and maintenance. They care for over 5000 properties spanning over 11 local authority areas in South Wales.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Facilities Planner/Coordinator to join them at their office based in Caerphilly.
Within this role, you will ensure servicing tasks are completed within compliance timescales and will plan Operative resources efficiently and effectively. Taking ownership of repair and servicing allocations and appointments, you will also ensure that all customers receive a seamless, excellent end to end customer experience through efficient and competent delivery of our core service framework.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in a customer-focused environment along with appropriate experience of planning and organising site based teams to deliver performance based services. It is also essential that you have understanding and experience of facilities/Health & Safety.
Approachable and flexible, you will be able to cope with the broad demands of each location and will have good time management skills. With experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment, candidates should also be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths and will be proficient in the use of IT systems.
Above all, the successful Planner will possess a strong customer focus with ability to motivate others with the passion to thrive.
