A Facilities Helpdesk Assistant is required by our client based in Huntingdon, who provides a professional and bespoke property management service. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, delivering exceptional customer service to a range of tenants, contractors and clients over the telephone and via email.

Responsibilities

• To be the main point of contact for all clients
• Dealing with all calls in a timely manner
• Liaise with property, finance and account managers in other teams
• Monitor the shared inbox and to follow up queries
• Ensure all jobs, inspections and reports are logged correctly on the database
• Ensure all contractors complete jobs within the agreed timescales
• To regularly update tenants on work status
• To accurately close all jobs and update database
• To update quality assurance records
• Ad hoc project work



Key Skills

• Experience within helpdesk environment as well as property
• Excellent customer service skills
• Driven with a can-do attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure, by multi-tasking when required
• Lateral thinker and problem solver
• A high degree of IT literacy is essential, with strong Microsoft Office experience
