Description
We are urgently seeking an experienced Facilities Assistant for a leading auction firm based in the West End. The company is looking for a facilities administrator to support all general facilities administration and support the facilities dept with any tasks that may be presented.
Typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Working to provide responsive and professional support to the Firm, the Facilities Assistant is expected to develop positive working relationships with whom they work.
- Carrying out all furniture requests and allocations.
- Picking-up and/or delivering items necessary for maintaining office daily operations of the Firm.
- Setting up meeting rooms and assisting with the preparation of presentation equipment.
- Dealing directly with contractors and suppliers providing facilities services.
- Dealing effectively with minor facilities issues relating to the M&E
maintenance. Liaise with the onsite maintenance engineer.
- Liaising with the building management in relation to the building, it's
maintenance and use of the building facilities.
- Dealing with ad hoc requests for stationary items and office supplies.
It is essential that potential candidates should have experience of working in a similar role within the legal of financial services industry.
