After a period of substantial growth in both UK and overseas markets, our client is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Export Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their busy sales team to help maximise all sales opportunities by supporting the team with building and developing relationships.
The successful Export Sales Support Co-ordinator will be responsible for the timely, efficient and accurate processing and input of sales orders received from overseas customers, supplying customers with order confirmation, progress updates and ensuring promised delivery times are attained
As well as working with the Sales and Export Team on a daily basis you will be expected to look after a number of your own customers. You will be fully supported by the sales team and an experienced marketing team to help fully train you within this niche market sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing enquiries and quotations for related export house accounts
Preparing shipping procedures and relevant export documentation
Working in conjunction with Quality Manager to provide relevant product registration papers for registration
Obtaining relevant certificates/documents from Chambers / Embassies / Notaries etc
Liaising with the Director of Commerce re prices to quote for house account customers to ensure margins are maintained
Keeping customer records accurately, up to date and in good order by managing a commercial folder structure
Ensuring all export and registration files are kept up to date
Supporting effective credit management by liaising with accounts team and understand collection of export finance
Dealing with queries, requests and complaints from customers promptly and efficiently and in appropriate manner
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of export order processing and documentation, as well as being computer literate and having experience in an FMCG customer service management environment. You must have the ability to organise and
