We distribute and manufacture luxury bathroom products in the UK, and all over the world, and due to our ambitious growth plans, a vacancy has arisen to join our team as an Export Sales Administrator.

We are a family business with family values, and we are looking for someone to join our team who demonstrates the same values:

In an average day the role is to:
- Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Manage high volume emails, distribute queries and leads to appropriate colleagues
- Take ownership of all orders/queries and see them through to completion
- Take orders from export customers and place with the factory direct
- Manage stock levels/lead times
- Provide technical support and bespoke pricing
- Create quotations for new/potential orders
- Liaise with the warehouse and organise shipments for export customers, ensuring the orders have been processed correctly by factory/buyer
- Acquire quotes from freight companies/couriers and book accordingly
- Create export paperwork (packing list, commercial invoice and ad-hoc paperwork such as certificate of origin)
- Obtain proof of export documents from freight/courier companies and file accurately for audit trail
- Raise invoices and credits
- Assist export customer base with invoice and after-sales queries
- Ensure customers account status is up to date
- Support the specifications/projects department with export quotes, shipping general export queries

The ideal candidate therefore needs to have solid experience in administration, a good telephone manner, and display a strong commitment to world class customer service with a desire to optimise every business opportunity.

Skills required
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Positive, flexible and professional approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
