Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is exclusively partnering with an outstanding international business as they recruit an ambitious and driven Customer Service Support Coordinator to be based from their Grimsby Head Office.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, the purpose of the role is to offer the customer full delivery of efficient customer service, managing all orders, shipping of goods following the complete export process and effective account management.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

-Account management for a number of established key accounts
-Upselling of products of services
-Shipping of goods through the full export piece; sourcing most efficient freight method, bill of lading, HMRC legislation
-Providing and following up quotes
-Order processing through to invoice generation
-Support Key Accounts with the transition of the current CRM which enable an even stronger customer experience
-Process, investigate and resolve customer claims
-Supporting the International Business Managers
-Communication with logistics and internal stakeholders
-Classification of leads and progressing where appropriate
-Monitoring availability of orders, highlighting shortages to drive best possible availability
-Provide world class customer service at all times

Key Skills Required

-Not essential, however language skills are highly beneficial
-Ability to multi task and cope with conflicting priorities
-Confident account manager with the ability to up-sell
-Experience using a CRM system
-Strong IT skills including intermediate Microsoft Excel (create Lookups and Pivot Tables)
-Driven to succeed in a high intensity environment
