This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire are seeking an Experienced Project Manager / Account Administrator to join its thriving office on a permanent, full time contract (This position is fully office based).

Founded in 2002, their in house creative produces bespoke, large-format graphics for a wide and varied client base.

To be the right fit for this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in a high-level office environment and the ability to effectively manage high pressure projects to the highest possible standard.

Some experience working with ISO accreditations would be a benefit, however, you will be considered for the position on your own merits.

The company places great emphasis on creative energy, so the ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and be eager to accept and manage new challenges.

The role will involve liaising with clients, managing enquires and all the associated documents, management and control of project, ensuring that their clients have a professional journey and experience throughout the process. There will also be some involvement in company or business procedures and accreditation's when required.

Prospective candidates must be well presented, have exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, must be computer literate - able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint-Adobe creative suite would also be of benefit, but not essential.

The chosen candidate will join a strong and engaged team of creatives producing top-tier work. This represents an exciting opportunity to become part of a developing and up-and-coming company.

The Role:
- Account handling / project management
- Planing and scheduling work
- Managing and arranging installation staff / contractors
- Client Liaison, both phone and written
- Participation in the generally organisation of the office & production
- Working with production to ensure accurate fulfilment of projects
- Organising transportation / couriers for site deliveries
- Booking and organising meetings
- Bringing new ideas, imagination and a solid work ethic

The Person:
- A minimum of five years' experience working in offices at a high level
- Computer literate
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe suite
