Executive PA to CEO - Part time Preston (16 hours per week)

As CEO of a successful recruitment business, I am looking to recruit a super organised and experienced Personal Assistant to work side by side with me at our Preston City Centre offices.

No day is ever the same here, and so you'll need to be on your game, fast paced and up for a challenge. We are a fun, vibrant team who work hard.

The hours will be part time to suit you but preferably you will work Monday to Friday (mornings for example) or potentially 2 full days per week to suit us both, the hours can be flexible if required.

Duties will include

  • organising diaries
  • managing a busy inbox and schedule
  • organising meetings
  • travel
  • research and reporting
  • minute taking
  • along with other duties in line with an exec PA role and a busy working leader.

Key skills

  • First rate communication skills are essential as life here is very busy
  • Exceptional Microsoft experience with the ability to produce reports and analyse when needed
  • The ability to turn your hand to anything is an absolute must! One day you could be meeting suppliers, arranging conferences or events and the next you may be organising lunches and minute taking in an exec meeting, and so flexibility and a can do approach to work is vital.

  • A happy and positive can do attitude at all times
  • Strive for excellence in all you do
  • Be committed to deliver the requirements of the role
  • Be able to form strong relationships
