I am working directly with a key client to recruit the position of an Account Manager to work on their executive client ledger and support business processes and increase sales production.
The business specialise in the Office equipment and supplies for some of the UKs largest businesses and are looking for someone to come in to the business and take over an established portfolio of clients and continue to grow this.
The process of sale for each client is the same and this consists of:
*Taking a full job specification after being passed a warm lead from the generation team entailing the specific requirements of the sale *Speaking to a group of external suppliers in regard to the specific components of the order *Gathering a variety of quotes before pitching a sales presentation to the client and a recommendation on which preferred supplier should be selected *Processing the full sale liaising with the client and supplier to ensure the logistics and delivery fits the requirements
The role will involve you speaking on the phone to a variety of clients and occasionally attending their office to produce and conduct a sales pitch therefore it is crucial you have the confidence and ability to do this without assistance from another member of the team.
