Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO in workload planning and with co-ordinating a range of projects.
Managing and maintaining the CEO’s diary, ensuring appropriateness of appointments, effective time management and due consideration for travel arrangements and other workload commitments, you will manage email accounts, filter emails and highlight any urgent correspondence whilst filtering general information requests and phone calls, re-directing or dealing with where appropriate. The Executive Assistant will act as the point of contact for the CEO for all external communications and communicate on a day to day basis with clients and staff. We'd ideally like you to have Chief Exec / Chair one on one experience, be able to manage the meetings process ensuring agendas and minutes are produced and circulated as necessary, and prepare papers, files and travel arrangements for meetings, ensuring the CEO has all the necessary information.
So, if you can demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy and have previous experience of working in a busy, fast paced office environment, then we want to hear from you.
This is an extremely varied role where we will expect you to take responsibility for managing a broad range of tasks and initiatives, be pro-active and be able to identify and resolve potential problems. You’ll need to be a confident communicator in a Senior Management Team setting, be highly organised and able to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We’ll need you to have experience of diary and workload management, working with legal documents and contracts and of producing proposals, submissions and complex reports.
Experience in a property related industry would be a distinct advantage, however, this is not essential.
