My client is a trusted supplier and developer of a Wealth Management Platform to the financial services industry which has multiple clients across the UK and Europe.

The Role:

I am looking for a PMO (Project Management Office) Executive Assistant to work as the right hand of The Executive Director of Global Operations for a software developer of Wealth Management Platform.

You will support the Executive Director of Global Operations with day-to-day management and operational activities within the Global Team. You will work on strategic projects, gathering matter expertise and management knowledge while creating your own network within the business.

Projects will include monitoring projects across the business, to include Product R&D, Client Implementations and internal projects in HR, IT and Finance.

The successful candidate will help to achieve operational success by setting up and tracking processes and to maximise delivery of my client's numerous projects. You will collect data and information for board level reporting and will co-ordinate operational actions to drive improvements across several teams.

If successful in the PMO Executive Assistant role, after approximately two years of service there would be an opportunity to move into your own operational management opportunity within the group.

You will already have experience running projects, small teams or supporting senior managers. You will have a track record of interpreting multiple sources of complex data to draw conclusions and make recommendations. With attention to detail, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals you will have the ability to analyse data and be a problem solver on a strategic level.

Banking, Finance or Wealth Management experience is desirable. As is a Project Management Qualification - Prince 2 or Agile.
