Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Our client (a member of the Headlam Group plc) is a national floorcovering distributor based on Cross Green Leeds with satellite depots across the country supplying independent retailers & flooring contractors.

Working primarily for the managing director this role will also encompass working for other senior managers as needed. Tasks will be wide and varied from arranging foreign and UK travel, minute taking, preparing of reports, organising meetings as well being involved in the general day to day business.

Applicants will need first class skills in Word & Excel and competence in PowerPoint, PDF etc. The position represents an opportunity for someone with these skills to take on a more senior role.

The role is a full time position based around core hours of 8.30am : 5.30pm although the hours could be flexible to suit the right candidate.

Salary will be appropriate to the individuals experience and skills with a package including a contributory pension scheme, incremental holidays with service and discretionary sick pay.
