We are going through an exciting period of evolvement and growth and are therefore looking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Executive PA and Office Manager to join us at our brand-new office in Leeds City Centre.

Within this role, you will provide project support to all Directors of the business, often in a pressurised environment. Your duties will include facilitating and arranging events/meetings, varied project work, preparing board reports, and other tasks to facilitate effective communication from the Director across the company and to clients. There will also be a wide range of administrative duties that will support the other teams and managers within the company on a daily basis.
In addition, you will be responsible for the effective running of the office including the management of services and office supplies, planning space allocations, layouts, and floor moves as required; and maintaining office facilities and equipment by assisting with procurement and routine maintenance and upkeep.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment. With superior organisation skills, you will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, but also perform as a key team player.
With the ability to maintain confidentiality, you will be able to prioritise conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. The demands of the business require you to be able to adapt and think on your feet and still provide a high standard and quality of work.
Strong computer skills (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Project Management software) are essential and you will be committed to accuracy and will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A HR related qualification would also be an advantage.
