Executive Assistant - Based in London and Overseas - £70k plus excellent benefits!

My client, a leading private equity firm are looking for a superb Executive Assistant to work for the Founder of their business, an extremely dynamic and high profile individual.

This is the opportunity of a lifetime and we are looking for a candidate who is exceptional in every aspect of their work and who has provided extremely high level support for either a HNWI, Principal of a business or perhaps an MP, as these candidates will be able to provide the keen attention to detail and capability in diary management, coupled with superlative organisational skills that are required for this pivotal role.

We are looking for an energised and positive candidate who is utterly engaging and happy to travel for business and to work across multiple offices, for around 13 weeks a year. (Candidates should be able and willing to travel at short notice and could be required to travel for period of up to 4 weeks at a time).

You will handle a variety of secretarial and administrative tasks with a key focus on diary management and producing exceptional correspondence, with superb attention to detail. You will work closely with another senior EA, providing seamless cover including during the weekend.

The hours daily will be 8am-7pm, at this level you will be aware of the requirement to be flexible. With the opportunity to be the right hand person you must be discrete and utterly committed.

This role is very much a lifestyle choice. We are looking for a true team player who is diligent, hardworking, and resilient and above all, has that "can do" attitude.

This is a stretching and diverse role and you should be extremely confident in liaising at all levels. You are a representative of this individual who is immaculate in corporate image, sparkling and approachable.

Attention to detail is key and we are not looking for an individual who is hierarchical. The company are really hands on and team spirited and they all work together in pursuit of excellence.

Duties:

  • Proactive management and handling of all business communication
  • Document production and editing
  • Working with the senior stakeholders within the company and externally, including liaising with investors, portfolio business CEO and advisors.
  • Frequent and extensive business travel arrangements, including multiple country and continent extended business trips (during which the founder would be accompanied by one of the EA's)
  • Extensive diary management
  • Support on personal matters to include: personal travel and holidays, support for family members, personal administration including arranging fitness instructors etc, social and event planning
  • Expenses management
