Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant from a professional service background, for our client based in Manchester. As Personal Assistant you will report into and support the head of department.
* Audio and copy typing correspondence
* Maintain diaries, arrange meetings, both internal and external
* Assist all Partners and staff to prepare for meetings by production of paperwork, slides, copies etc
* Input data to inhouse data base
* Issue all fee invoices in a timely manner
* Ensure all departmental records are updated and maintained
* Assist other secretaries in the day to day tasks in the office
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Advanced Excel and Word
* Audio and Copy typing
* Diary Management
* Good organisational skills
* Property Experience
* Mon - Fri 9am-5.30pm
* 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* 50% subsidised gym membership.
* 3% pension (if they contribute 3%)
