Our client is looking for someone who, ideally, has previous property sales experience to join the team, on a permanent basis as part time or full time.

You will be confident in all aspects of property sales and letting. You will also be computer literate, with good verbal and written skills and have a full clean driving licence.

You will provide exceptional customer service and related duties such as:



• Knowledge of property valuation
• Viewings
• Negotiation
• Dealing with phone, email and walk in enquiries
• Keeping abreast of local competition and changes in the local area
• Dealing with solicitors
• Processing sales
• Inputting data
• Advertising properties
• Dealing with tenants enquires
• Dealing with maintenance issues
• Other duties as required by the business

Full training will be given. You will ideally be local and have local knowledge but this is not essential.

Salary: Minimum wages with commission after training for candidates who are articulate and polished.

Experienced candidates only, in property industrial: £17,000 to £19,000 depending on experience with an uncapped commission structure.
