CSW Group are transition management specialists. CSW Group offer information, guidance and support to people and organisations as they move through different stages of their lives. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise; CSW Group reinvest any operating surpluses into new products and services, organisational development, and community based projects across the South and West.
This role is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and will support the successful delivery of the Ambitions project. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and aims to support and engage young people aged 15-24 who are unemployed or economically inactive into employment, education or training. CSW Group is the lead Delivery Partner for the project with Delivery Partners located throughout Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
CSW Group are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and experienced individuals to carry out the roles of ESF Administrator.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination and collation of ESF paperwork ensuring it is in line with ESF eligibility and evidencing rules including any other admin related duties required for the project. You will be working closely with the Ambitions Contract Manager and will provide support and guidance to Delivery Partners.
The role will be solely employed to work on the Ambitions project.
You will have;
• A ‘hands on, can do’ attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach.
• Excellent administration and communication skills and experience of working in a busy office team.
• The ability to communicate clearly & confidently, working with colleagues, partners and other stakeholders.
• Excellent ICT skills including word processing, spread sheets, presentation software and databases.
• Experience of ESF or other similar projects would be highly desirable.
• The ability to travel and work flexible hours, including some early evenings and weekends.
The salary for this role will be up to £20,000 dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
