Entrepreneur of the Year Programme Manager 12 month Contract - London The company To work for a large global professional services company based in Central London. The Role The purpose of this position is to be an active supportive member of the team which, as a group delivers an annual programme of three regional and one national programme. This individual will have the specific responsibility of delivering a regional programme, ensuring objectives and KPIs set by the Steering Committee are met and programme protocols are adhered to The programme manager is also required to support and drive broader related initiatives from the UK, EMEIA or Global (which sit outside the official competition) and pro-actively support at sub-area level as appropriate Demonstrate an understanding of the brand, and marketing plan to ensure effective execution of the programme Adhere to all brand and risk compliance policies in all relevant outputs and manage review process where required; support protocols, including client independence database and procedures Monitor and share competitor activity in region both in regards to other awards programme and how the other competitors are targeting entrepreneurs Support and coordinate entrant targeting in region. Key stakeholders include: cluster leaders, business development, cluster marketing execs, sectors and service lines. Targeting must be in line with firm's relationship development strategy for the program. Produce Masterclasses in line with fast-growth priorities including speaker sourcing and liaison Support engagement of alumni through marketing activities (thought leadership and events) for example, working with cluster executive on alumni events ensuring materials, branding, key messages are included.
