They are seeking an Employer Engagement Advisor to provide advice and support to their customers and prospects alike.
Delivering a first-class customer experience, you will be first point of contact for customer queries and be responsible for building strong customer relationships. You will pro-actively identify and qualify new prospects / leads for the Employer Engagement Manager and Hubs to follow up, whilst coordinating and monitoring the Annual Renewal process for both the Training Partnerships (TP’s) and Chartered Building Companies and Consultancies (CBC’s) schemes.
Working with other departmental teams as appropriate, you will coordinate the Employer Engagement newsletter to include marketing, promotions and other relevant communications to customers, as well as attending events in order to support the Employer Engagement Manager in growing membership and engagement with employers.
They are looking for an individual who has exceptional customer service skills and who can build and maintain strong working relationships at various levels of seniority. With an outgoing yet professional personality, you will be confident using the telephone and have excellent attention to detail to allow you to accurately product written communication.
Able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload, you will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They’d also like you to have some social media experience and be competent in the use of a database such as CRM. Minute taking and the ability to proof read documents for compliance is also an essential requirement.
It’s worth noting that this role will include quarterly meetings in the London office and therefore travel will be required.
