Key drivers: To lead, develop and track the performance of a newly organized transformation unit and ongoing transformation programme within the Innovation and Strategy team. To take over current transformation initiatives, developing the right frameworks, overall structure and actions to deliver current and newly prioritized initiates safely into BAU - helping to maximize overall CIG (EMEA Consumer Imaging Group) profitability against the CIG strategy.

  • Responsible for identifying areas within CIG that need to be transformed to align with the central Strategy using a value/complexity framework. Responsible for designing and updating framework. Develop a framework to allow colleagues to self identify if / where their area of the business requires transformation.
  • Once Transformation area has been identified, responsible for conducting initial diagnosis of business challenges, providing commercial justification for proposed changes and identifying appropriate internal/external contract resource to support and execute against the specific plan. To be submitted as an overall business case including proposed governance and expected BAU transition for leadership approval
  • Leading multiple transformation projects simultaneously as part of a wider transformation programme. Sitting on project steercos to provide accurate detailed updates on progress, highlighting any risks or blockers.
  • Once transformation project has been completed, ensuring appropriate handover to individual(s) responsible for the area as well as providing a project summary at handover to the leadership team including recommended training needs and any other specific advice / concerns relating to efficient execution as part of BAU.
  • Tracking financial gains of every transformation project's impact vs original budget/forecast. Retaining an aggregate view of transformation programme performance.
  • Ongoing organisational design and development in collaboration with HR and the Leadership team. Also partnering with HR, using YourVoice survey, bespoke annual transformation survey - and or other means to understand and cascade the cultural impact of transformation within CIG.
  • Building up the resources and budget that can be dedicated to ongoing transformation via demonstration of transformation programme performance. Proactively feeding into IT Capex and any other relevant budget forecasting processes to propose associated spends.
  • Responsible for evolving CIG ways of working to agile under the Pioneer & SAFE Frameworks working closely with the Digital Delivery lead and Business Process Consultant

* Moderate experience working in large complex corporates leading and implementing successful positive change. Successful case studies of driving positive ROI through change programmes across region and function.

* Senior experience of Digital Transformation programmes is a must, consumer electronics or imaging markets experience is highly desirable

* Strong background in Finance - building robust accurate business cases for complex multichannel organisations quickly plus working with finance and ops to deliver financial reconciliations to track progress of transformation initiatives against forecast/budget.

* Operating model design - idealy have experience working closely with HR and leadership to drive positive operating model improvements and successful organisational design

* Experienced in building teams but also in acting as a lone wolf influencing and building virtual cross-teams and having to drive success by winning buy-in and support from several key stakeholders.

* Experience working side by side with IT and marketing teams to drive adoption in agile ways of working

* MBA/Masters in Economics preferable

* Some experience working with start-ups either directly or via accelerator programmes preferred but not required
