An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Document Controller to join the team in High Wycombe to provide administrative support and the document control function for all departments.
You will assist the Estimating team by collating, downloading and printing out tender enquiry documentation and will assist with uploading and sending tender documentation as directed.
As the hub of their design documentation workflow, you will be responsible for downloading all drawings, instructions, comments, specifications and other documents. You will be responsible for ensuring all design documentation is presented in accordance with internal and external protocols, performing QA checks on a regular basis.
In order to be successful in this position, you will have experience with using the numerous collaboration software tools and software programmes and will have the ability to assimilate bespoke infrastructure systems, such as their in house system “OSCA”.
Experience in construction industry is preferred and design discipline specific would be advantageous.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30
