We are now looking to recruit a talented administrator to join us in our Jaguar Land Rover & Volvo Division to support our Group Aftersales Director. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the development of our Aftersales operations (Service, Parts and Bodyshop functions).
In this fast paced, busy role you will provide complete and flexible assistance to the director, including supporting with the preparation for meetings and other key events, dealing efficiently with enquiries, producing reports and any other admin as required. This role will also involve developing great working knowledge and relationships with the team and our manufacturer partners.
You will be someone who takes pride in high standards, has experience working in an administration role and the ability to deal with a variety of responsibilities. Self-motivation and strong organisation skills will be your strength and you will be able to demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. This role will include analysing data and producing reports from group Service, Parts and Bodyshop accounts systems so a working knowledge of Kerridge and 1-Link systems would be great.
