Do you want to work for a forward thinking commercial Housing Trust, which offers great benefits?


Our client is a local company with a portfolio of approximately 5000 affordable homes in Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. They are passionate about what they do in providing high quality homes and investing in their communities to help improve people’s lives.


Joining them as Digital Customer Service Advisor, you will work alongside a friendly and helpful team who are committed to constantly making the Trust a better place to work. You will be an ambassador for the company by providing a “one stop shop” ethos to their customers covering all services delivered by the Trust, specifically their digital access points.


They are the friendly voice who provides a response to all enquiries, complaints or requests for service. They manage these via varying forms of customer contact including, but not limited to in/outbound telephone calls, digital live chat and email, and they aim to keep all their customers happy and up to date by using IT systems to record, appoint, order and monitor information to process all customer requests. They do everything possible to deliver an excellent service and whenever a customer has an issue, they are the specialist team that listens carefully to what they have to say to ensure the customer receives a high level of customer satisfaction.


If you are able to work to a high standard of quality and have customers at the heart of everything you do, then they would love to hear from you.


They are looking for an individual who has experience of working with customers via telephony and digital channels and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced target driven environment. With good IT skills and experience of database management, you will be able to deal with information confidentially and sensitively and have excellent problem-solving skills. Those who have experience within a sales orientated role will be of distinct advantage, however this is by no means essential.
