The Company is a highly successful Company with the Headquarters in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. The business has grown annually over its 40 year history and now employs over 350 in Rotherham and 600 across the Group in the UK.

Primary responsibilities:

- Working closely with Reception as the second point of contact for all incoming calls, covering on a daily basis
- Ensure all dispatch paperwork is correct and orders shipped on time via online websites such as FedEx, DHL and TNT
- Support peers by assisting in organising export certification, both internally externally
- Work with Customer Service/Despatch to develop export control procedures
N.B this list is not exhaustive, the job holder is required to carry out reasonable tasks within their level of skill and ability

You will need to be an effective communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills have an excellent telephone manner. You will also need excellent communication skills (written/oral), experience with Microsoft Office applications and excellent organisational skills.Along with a desire to provide exceptional customer service, an eagerness to assist in the continuous improvement of the organisation, the ability to promote/embrace/manage change. As well as contributing to a happy working environment.

Minimum of Grade C (or 4/5) in Maths and English or equivalent.
