The Role:

As the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the Bristol Depot and organising all Crane operations:

  • Manage the office, implement and monitor KPI’s ensuring Hire Desk Controllers and Technical employees meet and exceed targets, utilising the fleet
  • Ensure all heath and safety regulations are followed, documenting and following up any events/ problems
  • Deal with new and existing contracts by visiting allocated sites and building excellent rapport
  • Help promote and train brand new technology to ensure all staff hours are logged on the system
  • Ensure all information is logged accurately on the CRM system and policies and procedures are consistently adhered to

The Candidate:

It is essential you are an experienced Depot Manager, from the Construction/ Hire industry, with the ability to influence and lead employees in line with the company’s excellent culture. Your standards will be very high, motivating everyone within the depot to strive and deliver quality customer service.

Ideally you will have Crane Hire industry experience however, if you are from the Plant Hire background, this is also something that could be considered.
