About the role

Role Purpose

To support the dealership whilst carrying out PA duties to the Head of Business and Franchise Director as and when required

Detailed Responsibilities

· Acting as a first point of contact for all external correspondence and phone calls

· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments both internally and externally

· Organising events and conferences in line with Lookers and BMW UK

· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

· Managing databases and filing systems

· Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

· Liaising with employees suppliers and clients

· Collating and filing expenses

· Miscellaneous tasks as and when required

· Helping to co-ordinate the Manufacturer training days in conjunction with the Capability and Development Consultant

· Overseeing that all Health and Safety measures are adhered to via the Management teams

· Co-ordinate all In-Retailer training programmes as dictated by the manufacturer

· Attendance of weekly management meeting and taking notes/summarising actions as required
