About the role
We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst to support the central divisional management team for Lookers Vauxhall to produce detailed reports and help analyse key metrics. This will include various KPI measures in sales and aftersales of a busy motor retailer.
Responsibilities will include producing daily, weekly and monthly divisional and central reports in sales, service, parts and accounts. From these reports, you will be able to identify trends and communicate recommendations to the wider management team. Duties will also include investigating possible interface opportunities with IT systems to improve processes and reporting.
You will have the ability to interpret and manipulate data from various different IT platforms and systems. You should be at Expert level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of writing macros and basic web design would be advantageous. You will have strong communication skills and have a proactive, diligent approach to your role and be able to work towards tight deadlines. A flexible approach is required as you will have a key role in ad hoc projects to support the Vauxhall division.
