Dealing with a wide range of commercial businesses they use their experience, knowledge and industry contacts to ensure that their customers always get the optimum price for their energy purchasing.
They now have a great opportunity for a talented individual to joint their team. The role will require good attention to detail as it involves the management of high volumes of data within both spreadsheets and in-house databases.
Your duties will include; tracking invoices and entering them onto a database; analysing and assessing the accuracy of data; developing an understanding of billing elements; issuing reports; liaising with suppliers, dealing with queries; Identifying process improvements and communicating outcomes to relevant parties.
The company will provide on-going training and help you to further develop relevant skills.
The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge with previous experience within a similar role, ideally having knowledge of flexible products and their functionality.
To be considered for this role you must have:
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work accurately with a high volume of data.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience of working to strict deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationship with both internal and external parties.
Knowledge of the Energy Industry or of having worked in a bill validation or billing department would be extremely helpful.
