The Company

We are recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator for our client in Edinburgh. This is for an excellent company that is reputable, professional and has a fast-paced culture.


The Job

The purpose of this role is to ensure the data used across the business is accurate and up to date.

  • Reviewing records within the CRM (IBIS)
  • Using data sources to ensure the data is up to date including Google, social media and online resources
  • Merging duplicated records into one record
  • Removing records that are no longer valid
  • Adding records where required
  • Collating information for Business Agents to set up appointments
  • Gathering information from Business Agents following appointments to update CRM (IBIS)
  • Ensuring that the IBIS system holds high quality, reliable data


The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Audio typing and copy typing skills
  • Numerate
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
  • Knowledge of the property industry is desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office


The Package

  • 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Holidays are 25 days per year plus bank holidays
