Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as a Data Analyst? Do you have a background working in an office environment? Have you got a good eye for detail? If you are seeking an exciting challenge then this is the role for you!

We are recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a dedicated and skilled team, whilst working for an industry leading manufacturing business. You will need previous experience in a similar role.

This role will offer the chance to take real ownership over your work and make a real difference to the success of the team and company.

You will provide support to ensure all parts are suitable and of good quality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily transactional activities as part of a large team of Analysts.
  • Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) and internal controls in line with Caterpillar's Enterprise requirements.
  • Contribute to Financial Shared Services Centre targets
  • Adherence to personal processing targets for volume and quality (e.g. Invoices, Invoice grief, Emails and/or Phone Calls)
  • Contributing to overall improvement of the customer service offered by the Financial Shared Service Centre and its reputation in the marketplace
  • Any other activities required

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • 4 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Previous office administration experience

Desirable:

  • Relevant experience of working with transactional finance processes e.g. procure to pay
  • Fluent in French or Polish (this may become essential depending on the business need)
  • Other language skills also desirable
  • Excellent keyboard skills
