About the Role

They are now looking to appoint a Data Administrator/Analyst to act as administration support and be responsible for providing up to date, accurate and relevant data analysis on Vendor and Buyer activity for the business. You will support campaigns and assist the sales team to make improved and informed business decisions from sales and buying data.

As their Data Administrator/Analyst, you will also manage and maintain franchise accounts, ensuring quality of data held on CRM & back office systems is correct at all times. You will administer data held on the system and monitor activity to ensure it is in line with company standards.

About You

They are looking for someone who has strong customer service and administration skills ideally within a similar role. You will have the ability to use your own initiative and be flexible, reacting to change quickly and effectively, having the skills and ability to estimate numerical data and will be highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise, working to deadlines within a busy office environment.

In addition, you will have a keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills and be computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
