Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a well-established and fast-growing utilities company based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Data Administrator to join the team.

You will be responsible for providing support to customers via the telephone and electronically, where focusing on the customer is key. To be considered, you must be experienced with high volume data entry in a fast paced environment with good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard of data quality
- Be responsible for delivering and reporting on business critical KPI's
- Process supplier contracts and coordinate accordingly
- Support the wider team with any ad-hoc duties
- Administration of customer paperwork
- Enter data and flag required actions to relevant members where necessary

Accountabilities:
- Experience in Administration is essential
- Excellent written skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- General IT competence and experience of Microsoft Office products
- Strong team player, who can also work on their own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good timekeeping with a flexible and positive approach to work
