Our client is a specialist grower, importer, packer and supplier of the most interesting and unusually flavoured vegetable products available in almost every multiple retailer in the country.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has a basic understanding of the technical operations but is eager to progress and develop within a fast-paced and dynamic team.  As a Data Administrator your duties will include:

  • Developing and maintaining customer and internal data requirements by collating, analyising and presenting accurate data to the team, enabling them to articulate the information back to customers
  • Managing details of any customer complaints, ensuring details are accurate to enable the technical teams to make improvements for the future
  • Supporting project teams by providing data input as required to support the achievement of project outcomes
  • Providing data for seasonal/ periodic reviews to measure success
  • Providing data and insight to analyse the organisation’s performance against competitors
  • Supporting the process of delivering safe and legal produce to the customer

The Person
As a Data Administrator, previous experience of working in the fresh produce industry would be advantageous but is not essential.  You must have / be:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels internally and externally
  • IT skills in order to process information and data for presenting in a professional and consistent format
  • Well organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (preferably to an advanced level) and comfortable with Pivot tables, Power pivot and basic formulas.  
  • Able to understand and interpret customer requirements


As a Data Administrator your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm and you will receive an excellent package including:
