Customer Support Trainee/Apprentice - Haddenham, Buckinghamshire

Salary Circa £15,500 to £17,500 (depending on skills and experience)
Plus Generous Benefits
Full time Permanent Position

Commutable from Thame, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Tring, Bicester, Abingdon, Oxford, Milton Keynes etc.

Our client is a respected, data-driven financial services software provider. They are based in Haddenham (near Aylesbury) and are a great place to work with some great Glassdoor reviews!

They provide a market-leading software solution that provides financial advisers with access to comprehensive data and functionality regarding financial products, platforms and funds.

They are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Success team as a trainee : learning how to support and train financial advisers to use their software effectively.

To be considered, you just need to have some experience of providing customers with great service, working in a team, and following processes. You also need to be capable of quickly learning new software and explaining it to others. Our client will then provide you with full training and lots of ongoing personal development to help you succeed.

You need to be willing and capable of developing an in-depth knowledge of the UK financial services industry, including a good working knowledge of pension and investment products and funds and how financial advisers recommend appropriate solutions to consumers. Over time, this is likely to mean you achieving some professional qualifications in this area, fully supported by the client.

In return, they offer a brilliant start to your future career, within a flexible, collaborative and fun working environment. This is a trainee role : it could be suitable as a first full time job or for someone looking for a change of direction. They are happy to offer this role as an apprenticeship, which means you’d benefit from some extra training and support, and alongside your day to day responsibilities, you’d work towards a recognised Level 2 qualification.

The salary range for the role is £15,500 to £17,500, very much dependent upon the skills, experience and knowledge you already have.

You’ll also benefit from:
• Flexible working environment
• 5 weeks’ holiday (plus the option to buy more)
• Generous pension scheme (with an employer contribution of up to 10%)
• Life, critical illness, private medical and dental insurances
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Contributions towards gym/sports club membership, plus lunchtime Yoga and running clubs
• Social, sporting and charity support activities throughout the year
• Free parking, plus showers and a bike shelter to support cycling to work
• Free tea/coffee/squash/fruit in our kitchens

Please apply with your CV. Our client requires candidates to complete a short questionnaire as part of the application process. This will be sent back to you once you apply.

Candidates must already have full rights to work in the UK. VISA sponsorship is not available.
