We provide bespoke Telecoms, IT, Cloud & Technology services across the south east of England, London & Essex to an ever growing customer base of 5,000. Our customers range from new start-up businesses to blue chip companies and we treat each and every one with the same amount of meticulous consideration that they deserve. Our 50+ dedicated and highly skilled staff are located at Lancing.
Customer Support Coordinator Responsibilities:
+ Organising customer installations from start to finish and ensuring customers satisfaction is met throughout
+ Interacting with suppliers to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely manner
+ Taking phone calls from customers ranging from faults to provisioning queries
+ Picking up emails from customers, suppliers and staff, ensuring these are dealt with within our SLAs
The person we are looking for will have:
+ Excellent organisational skills
+ Friendly & professional phone manner
+ Excellent administration skills
+ Computer literate
+ Ability to manage their workload effectively
+ Problem solver
+ Eye for detail
+ Willing to learn
+ Able to manage high work loads
