About the role
The role of Customer Support Consultant is due to start on 29th January 2018.
The role involves communicating with customers / owners daily, answering queries and aiding in driving appropriate questions online. The role requires a proactive approach to dealing with customers whilst having an in-depth knowledge of our clients processes and supporting customers and owners through the online process
The role involves ensuring that every customer contact maximises income per booking, that the quality of the contact exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to.
The Customer Support Consultants must have a previous track record in dealing with customer enquiries either over the telephone or via email.

About you
You will have previous experience of working in a role focussed on dealing with customer enquiries - either over the telephone or via email.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good eye for detail to ensure follow up correspondence is professional and thorough.
You will also need an empathic, customer-centred mindset and a genuine desire to ensure that every call and contact with a customer is high quality and goes the extra mile.
