Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support is currently recruiting on an exclusive basis for a leading Global business operating in the metals industry. As a result of continued success and impressive growth, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Support Assistant with experience within supply chain technical and production activities.
The purpose of the role is to heavily support the Customer Support Team and Commercial Managers, delivering the organisations commercial strategy and company targets through the provision of world class customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
-Develop and maintain key relationships with a key client base -Ensure the accurate and complete compliance of all customer orders -React at all times within agreed time scales to all customer requests -Maintaining and driving good Health & Safety standards and practices -Demonstrate knowledge of steel production methods -Close liaison with Technical Supply Chain and external Stakeholders
Key Skills Required:
-At least 4 years experience in a business critical customer service environment -Excellent customer facing skills -Drive and interest in cross functional cooperation -Knowledge of steel production methods -Experience of and ability to deal with key stakeholders
