About the Role
To deliver a robust quality claims support service with key focus on our customers and claim quality. You will provide advice to our customers during their personal injury and/or uninsured losses claim, with management and support through the claims process. You will produce a risk assessment for the business of the case and manage the claims process through the points of technical requirement.
Responsible for customer contact on inbound and outbound calls within Minster Claims, this is inclusive of providing our customers advice, information and support through the Minster Claims process.
Your role will be inclusive of detailed, quality capture of the accident and personal injury details required to initiate the claim, including the arrangement of funding requirements and instruction of medical agencies across all work providers as required. Based on this information you will ascertain a claims risk assessment reviewing the liability prospects and injury/claim status.
