Mercedes-Benz of Worcester are looking for target-driven, sales focused individuals who thrive on selling and are motivated by achieving and exceeding agreed targets. The successful candidate will be receiving incoming calls on behalf of the Service Departments within the Group to maximise MOT and service bookings.
You will need to be a team player with an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills. A professional attitude must be matched with your ability to build customer relationships to increase their on-going sales and promote an outstanding customer experience.
