A Customer Success Executive is required to join a fast growing software company, providing an all-in-one online platform for commercial property agents. With nearly half of the UK's commercial property agents using their services, they're looking for a confident individual to expand their Customer Success team, based in Berkshire.

The Role:
The Customer Success Executive role is varied, exciting and will evolve as you become an integral part of the team, working in a fast paced environment.

Let's talk about the day job:
- Pro-active customer support & satisfaction
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, emails and live chat
- Onboarding and training new customers
- Fulfil new contracts and manage customer accounts
- Work with sales managers to effectively retain and grow customers
- Testing software across multiple devices and platforms
- Provide software support for users
- Liaise with other teams to solve issues and action feedback

You are:
- Passionate about customer service and delivering professional support
- Tech-savvy problem solver with a knack of picking things up and running with them
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task, producing accurate work within agreed time-lines
- Great at dealing with people on the phone, face-to-face or via email
- Positive and empathetic
- Extremely well organised and not shy to organise others
- A driven, pro-active individual who is interested in more than a 'typical' office job
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully understand the importance that team building and culture play in the success of an organisation and this is reflected in the way you conduct yourself

You have as a minimum:
- Experience in a customer service environment
- 2+ years experience in a business-to-business environment

Ideally you have one or more of these as well:
- Experience working for a software company or similar
- Industry knowledge of the property sector
- Hubspot or similar CRM software experience
- Intercom or similar live chat experience
- Proven experience conducting training through a variety of methods
