They are now looking to recruit a Customer Solutions Coordinator to join them on a fixed term contract until March 2019.
Ensuring that all contacts are dealt with in a professional, confident and courteous manner, you will take responsibility for investigating and responding to complex customer feedback in order to generate solutions to deliver a positive first response; assisting with compiling and reporting on feedback/satisfaction data and providing administrative support to the Customer Services Manager.
You must also provide cover on reception and maintain the compensation budget.
With experience of delivering customer services and of working in a call centre or a customer service focused environment, candidates must have good communication skills and experience of using information technology for a range of different purposes. Able to anticipate problems and find appropriate solutions, you must be capable of adapting your behaviour to suit different situations and should have good interpersonal and team working skills.
