Salary: £24,000 + option to earn bonuses

Our client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

They are looking to appoint a Customer Services Team Leader to lead their Customer Services team at their offices in Purfleet. This is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday.

Within the role you will supervise the help desk administrators, ensuring the Help Desk achieves its departmental objectives each day and conforms to service level agreements. Coaching and training your team to produce the highest levels of customer services, you will proactively review all processes within the help desk environment to ensure work is produced effectively and efficiently.

Our client is looking for someone who is customer focused and is able to promote a positive working environment that revolves around teamwork. With excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail, you will have strong IT skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.

Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, as is being able to motivate and drive your team to meet objectives and targets under pressure.
