We need a Customer Services Team Leader with experience of implementing or supporting the implementation of new software to enhance our customer interaction. We’re thinking Live Chat and Social Media! This is a new challenge so we need someone brave, methodical, creative and who thrives on getting things done.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Customer Services Team Leader – Live Chat & Social Media

As the Customer Services Team Leader your role will be to respond to consumer feedback and queries and complaints. We’re evolving so we envisage a quick transition into more digitally led channels. Your role will be to assess our current situation and develop our customer service offering by improving our processes and enhancing our software systems.

Delivering excellent consumer service, while maintaining & creating positive relationships with the brand & company, maximizing revenue and motivating the team to achieve budgeted sales / response targets.

You will help deliver the social media plan across the UK&I business unit to drive brand advocacy, engagement and positive reputation across all relevant social channels – creating a best in class social media presence.

Who & What we’re looking for:- – Live Chat & Social Media

·Someone who has experience of working with different customer service IT platforms.
·You may have implemented or supported the above.
·A good understanding of helping customers through a live chat platform.
·Someone who understands what industry leading customer service looks like.
·Work in conjunction with a cross functional team ensuring all parties are “on the same page”
·Implement SLA’s and measurement tools.
·An understanding of social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
·Someone who can ensure the heritage of our brands is positively positioned through all types of scenario.
·An inspirational team leader who can influence to all levels.
