The role for Customer Services Supervisor:
Being the focal point of the Customer Services team, you will provide leadership and support to the customer support advisors to deliver excellent service to the customer base. You will ensure the company has the right resource in the right place at the right time and handle escalated queries and incidents from team members. You will take ownership over the customer service procedures, policies and standards whilst identifying training needs within the team.
