Customer Service/Hire Coordinator
Temp to Perm/ Permanent
8.30 - 5pm

We are looking for an organised, reliable Customer Services Coordinator to work in a busy hire company. Must show initiative, strong willingness to work hard as you can progress your career. This role involves coordinating the hire of equipment, booking of repairs, scheduling of transport for a team of drivers and general administration.

Duties will include:

· Take incoming calls and handle customer enquiries
· Process orders through specialist database system (Training Provided)
· Carry out credit checks on customers
· By understanding our products and services, recognise opportunities to offer additional
· Plan transport for small team of drivers
· Take incoming calls from drivers and resolve delivery / collection issues
· Escalate issues as required


Candidates must have a confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to multi-task and retain information. Self-motivated, reliable and punctual.
