Description
Blue Arrow operating as an employment agency require a customer services agent that is fluent in French. To work in a busy customer services department. You will be liaising with French speaking clients, therefore the ability to speak confidently and fluently in French is essential. Good English skills are advantageous but not necessary. You should also have a proven background in customer services or sales, and a good telephone manner. You will be answering customer queries and responding to their enquiries.
